Monsoon Season Note

Please note that, from June to mid of August, it is monsoon season in Kerala. The people who are looking for ayurvedic treatments, usually, prefer the monsoon season. This period is also considered as the off-season, due to less foreigners’ visits and to having most of the restaurants and accommodation facilities closed.

It is a good time to do indoor Ayurveda treatments, as it may rain a lot and the temperature is cooler, but in the same time, please keep in mind that many activities, like swimming, star gazing, trekking, biking, walking in the forest and others might become impossible to embark upon.

All guests will be staying in single and double bedrooms that are fully air-conditioned, with TV, Intercom, Wi-Fi connection, and a Private balcony.

Food

The price of this retreat includes sativic or Ayurvedic food, served three times daily as meals throughout the program. No meat, fish, egg, alcohol, and other toxic items will be served

This retreat will be held at a sliver of a coastal state in India's deep south, Kerala. It is shaped by its layered landscape, which is almost 600 kilometers off the glorious Arabian Sea coast and beaches, with a languid network of glistening backwaters, the spice, and tea-covered hills of the Western Ghats.

    Trivandrum is a well-known city connected by all modes of commutation.
    Book a flight Trivandrum / Thiruvanandapuram airport and from there, it is 25 minutes taxi ride to the School of Yoga Vidhya

    By Road
    Book a taxi from Trivandrum Airport or Trivandrum Bus stand by yourself or please let us know in advance to do the arrangements for you.

    By Rail
    You will have to reach Trivandrum Central by train from any part of India. From there you can hire a taxi or local bus to reach us.
