Vinyasa Yoga - Movement synchronized with Breathe. Vinyasa yoga is a sequence of asanas that flow from one posture to another. Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram, Power Yoga etc., could be considered as Vinyasa yoga.
You can create any sequence or flow with vinyasa yoga style, whereas Ashtanga yoga is a set of predefined sequence of postures. The instructor is free to mix up any poses in Vinyasa yoga. You will break the limitation of your body and push yourself with smooth and relaxing manner. It is very effective for cardio, the flow is very gentle and slow.
It is not power yoga, people often get confused with flow/vinyasa yoga with power yoga.
